UX/UI Designer for in-vehicle screens. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to develop innovative and visually appealing designs that elevate user interactions. The designer will also be responsible for optimizing design assets and maintaining an organized asset library and style guide.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in an agile workflow environment and/or shipping digital products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a relevant field. Equivalent work experience is also considered.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing design contributions and visually appealing, user-centered designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to align designs with project objectives.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to explore various design ideas and iterate rapidly during early ideation phases.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools for creating interactive prototypes.
• Motion design experience is a plus, and previous exposure to the automotive industry is advantageous.
