Your role:

As the Technical lead, you will collaborate with the CTO to assist with a technical vision for the business and help plan a route to success for a growing development team. You will be very hands on in architecture and development of existing and future applications, leading a growing team of developers. You will be running existing projects and taking on new ones as the company expands and develops.

Capabilities:

· Expertise in Kotlin, Java with some exposure to mobile development

· Experience with AWS and microservices

· Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer

· Hands of development expertise

· Fluent written and spoken English

· Versed in mentoring and guiding team members
