Tech Lead (Informatica Customer 360 - MDM)
Location: Hybrid (Cardiff / Remote - 1-2 days per week on site)
Contract Length: 6 months (starting ASAP)
Day Rate: Up to £550 per day - OUTSIDE IR35
Overview:
An established organisation is seeking an experienced Affiliate Tech Lead with expertise in Informatica Customer 360 (MDM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-level master data management solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving data quality, governance, and integration across complex customer data ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Informatica Customer 360 (MDM), covering data modelling, integration, and stewardship workflows.
- Architect and optimise customer data flows across multiple platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define mastering rules, match/merge strategies, and data quality standards.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership during development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.
- Drive performance tuning, scalability, and optimisation efforts for high-volume customer data environments.
- Maintain detailed solution documentation, including data dictionaries and integration specifications.
- Mentor and support development and analysis teams engaged in MDM initiatives.
- Apply deep knowledge of MDM best practices, customer hierarchy management, and Informatica tools such as IDQ, EDC, and Axon.
