Overview
Our client, a major transformation and services organisation, is delivering a strategic programme to integrate a new enterprise platform with a future-state operating model across HR, Finance, Payroll, and support services.

They are seeking a Solution Consultant to provide specialist input into the functional design and integration of Oracle Fusion modules. The role will support internal and partner delivery teams to ensure alignment between system capabilities and service design across a multi-phase implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as functional SME across Oracle Fusion modules (HR, Finance, Payroll).

• Support cross-functional solution design and integration activities.

• Contribute to implementation plans including test, cutover, and security.

• Advise service design teams on optimal use of Oracle Fusion functionality.

• Participate in design governance and assurance reviews.

Essential Experience & Attributes

• 3-5 years' experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP.

• Strong working knowledge of HR, Finance, and Payroll modules.

• Experience delivering within complex, multi-party environments.

• Confident translating technical detail for business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with solution design documentation and integration points.

Desirable

• Experience supporting staged or transitional service implementations.

• Awareness of how automation or AI could enhance enterprise service delivery.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance for the duration of this role.

• This role is UK-based with flexibility for remote working and some travel.
