Senior Recruitment Consultant | London | Hybrid | 2-3 stage interview process | £30-£45k benefits & commission

develop is a specialist technology agency and I am looking for someone to sit in our German entity which has had a brilliant H1. We are growing and looking for the right people to help scale the team and business further!

I am looking for 360 consultants who enjoy winning business, expanding accounts and delivering into those positions. There is a lot of opportunity to grow your career here in a direction that you see best and what I/develop can support.

It is a 3 stage process, 2 remote calls and the final interview being an in person meeting.

What I look for:

• Proven experience within the German Tech Market (ideally)
• As a minimum must have experience within the European Markets
• Interested in winning 360 business and growing their desk
• 1.5 years of experience (no limit here)
• Enjoys working in a niche
• Open to discuss salary if you sit above this

Information on develop:

• Commission up to 30% (invoice £40k in 1 month = £12k commission)
