Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to pioneer new features and products, primarily focusing on mobile applications within the fintech domain.
• Take a lead role in conceptualizing, designing, and maintaining our client's mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust architectural foundations.
• Develop well-structured components and systems, essential for our client's sustained expansion in the fintech realm.
• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership, meticulously considering aspects such as user experience, latency, security, observability, and metrics.
• Serve as a role model, guiding and mentoring fellow engineers throughout the planning, development, and testing phases.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology frameworks and tools, staying abreast of the latest trends in the fintech and software engineering landscape.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React and React Native, coupled with a deep understanding of mobile concepts and UI/UX design principles within the fintech sector.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns specific to mobile applications, showcasing expertise in crafting seamless user experiences.
• Sound knowledge of software engineering development cycles and a passion for upholding high standards in work.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
