You will be working with the squad to maintain and develop new features in user interfaces within a constant immersion of exciting projects!

Responsibilities for this position include;
* Writing code that's clear, clean and well designed
* Making sure that the code itself is fully tested
* You will be estimating, planning and managing your own work so autonomy as a skill is going to be needed here
* You will undertake peer reviews of coding and QA function
* Make sure that work is delivered within agreed timeframes
* Managing the people processes within your team including staff appraisals, setting of targets and managing individual performance
