An established financial technology organization is seeking a Presales Treasury Solution Consultant to join its growing team in the Treasury market. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting presales activities across Europe, with a strong emphasis on the UK region. Working closely with Treasury Sales Executives, this position will help drive business development among both prospective and existing clients.

This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and presentation skills to uncover client needs, identify product gaps, and deliver compelling demonstrations that highlight tailored treasury solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs with accurate, insightful, and timely input.
  • Qualify and support the closure of sales opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and use-case presentations.
  • Address both technical and business presales challenges, particularly in treasury.
  • Translate client requirements into customized treasury solution proposals.
  • Assist project managers with solution planning, scoping, and cost estimation.
  • Contribute to regional business development initiatives focused on treasury markets.
  • Share industry best practices and thought leadership in treasury technology.
  • Present confidently to diverse audiences, fostering trust and engagement.
  • Lead by example while promoting collaboration and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in presales or solution consulting within corporate treasury or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, complex deal cycles, and SaaS-based sales models.
  • Consulting experience with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility within a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
  • Solid understanding of treasury best practices, systems, and technologies.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Italian, German, or French.
