Location: Prague (Hybrid) | Salary: €70,000-€100,000

We're hiring a Legal Tech Automation Engineer to design and build custom automation and integration solutions for our global Legal & Compliance team. This is a hands-on development role focused on modernizing legal operations through smart software, not spreadsheets.

What You'll Do

• Develop custom tools and services (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) to automate legal workflows

• Integrate legal systems (CLM, DMS, e-billing) with enterprise platforms via APIs

• Build dashboards and data pipelines for legal KPIs and reporting

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams on automation projects

• Deploy and maintain scalable, secure automation solutions

What You'll Bring

• 4 years of professional software development experience

• Proficiency in backend development and API integrations

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with legal tech tools or legal domain workflows (a plus)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
