Lead Java Developer - London/Remote- Up to £95k benefits

This position is with one of the most recognisable brands in the fin-tech space, who are looking to bring in a Lead Java Developer to lead and grow an engineering team within their Business Intelligence division, working on a brand new, greenfield project that will offer a new product to an already very well established customer product suite.

This role would be perfect for someone who is very technically competent, committed to development best practice, enjoys mentoring, setting standards and willing to take that next step. The position itself will be around a 80/20 split (hands on/hands off) so for this one you'll still have the opportunity to continue diving in to the development side of things too!

The team are based in Central London but the expectation would be that you only have to go in to the office once a week, and the salary on offer is up to £95k.

• Previous experience of leading engineering teams

In return the client will offer a competitive salary, plus up to 20% bonus, you contribute 5% and they will contribute 10% into your pension, private medical, personal training budget and loads more!
