Your Responsibilities:

• Lead development team, oversee technical planning and execution of Advaneo's software solutions.
• Conduct iterative development for new features, analyze and enhance existing source code, and address debugging and bug fixes.
• Address change requests from product owners by identifying requirements for new functions.
• Lead daily meetings, monitor team progress, and collaborate with product owners on project planning.
• Document tasks and ensure ongoing implementation adheres to quality standards.
• Directly report to the CEO.

What We Require:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.
• 8 years of software development experience with Java and possibly Python.
• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies (Angular, REST, Spring-Boot, etc.).
• Proficient in tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Git, GitLab, Apache Keycloak, and Jira.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Based in the Düsseldorf region.
