Junior Account Manager

Up to £40,000 base salary

OTE £65k - £80k - UNCAPPED

Hybrid - London x 2 a week

A fast-growing tech-for-good SAAS company are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Account Manager to support its expanding client base.

Designed with a mission to keep people safe, this organisation empowers people to feel safer in their daily lives while supporting organisations in safeguarding their employees.

This role focuses on driving client engagement, improving product adoption, and supporting renewals across small to mid-sized accounts. It is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a full Account Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium clients, typically ranging from 20-30 users (with some accounts up to 100).
  • Deliver onboarding and product training sessions for new clients with support from senior team members.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify renewal or upsell opportunities.
  • Support the broader account management function by monitoring usage, KPIs, adoption levels, and overall account health.
  • Accurately maintain client records and engagement activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a junior client-facing role (e.g., Sales Executive, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager)
  • Experience working for a SAAS company
  • Experience with client onboarding or training
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and eager to lear.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Curious, proactive, and able to understand product value and client needs
  • Technically confident or with prior experience/interest in technology
  • Demonstrates good preparation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow
