Location: Bromley - 3 days a week (with occasional travel to other local offices)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

A well-established law firm is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its close-knit IT team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, maintaining systems, and working on a wide variety of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years of IT support experience who wants to learn, develop, and grow their skills in a professional environment.

Essential Experience & Skills

• 2 years of IT support experience (law firm, finance, accountancy, or education industry).
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Office 365.
• Previous exposure to Citrix (essential).
• Familiarity logging tickets with third-party providers (MSPs)
• Professional communication skills with an understanding of workplace etiquette.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.

Desirable

• Basic Python knowledge or interest in automation projects.
• IT certifications (MCP, CompTIA, etc.) or willingness to work towards them.

Working Pattern & Flexibility

Interview Process

• First Stage Interview - Microsoft Teams call with the Head of IT and IT Support Team Leader.
• Final Stage Interview - On-site technical test and face-to-face meeting with the team.
