Head of HR - Transformation - Hybrid (London)

Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35)

Location: Greater London (Hybrid working)

We're working with a public sector client to appoint an experienced Head of HR to lead a high-impact transformation programme.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll play a central role in reshaping and modernising the clients HR function, bringing strategic oversight, change leadership, and a fresh perspective to how people services are delivered.

Key Details:

  • Role: Head of HR - Transformation
  • Rate: £600/day (Inside IR35)
  • Contract: 6 months initially, with potential to extend or convert to FTC/Permanent
  • Location: Hybrid working, with presence required on-site in West London as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience operating at Head of HR, HR Director, or equivalent level
  • Strong track record of leading HR transformation and change programmes in complex organisations
  • Experience within local government (essential)
  • Confident working with senior leadership, including direct reporting to COO or equivalent
