Enterprise Partnership Manager - Hybrid, 2 x a week in London - £100k OTE (50/50)


A leading SAAS provider in the 'Tech for good' space, this company delivers cutting-edge technology that powers real-time safety systems for individuals, organisations, and governments worldwide.

Its enterprise white-label platform enables partners to deploy branded safety applications with advanced capabilities such as alert response, precise location tracking, and mass communication-built on a robust, scalable foundation.


The company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Partnership Manager to drive the growth of its white-label service offering.

The role focuses on sourcing, managing, and expanding B2B partnerships globally, particularly with channel partners, corporate clients, and institutions that integrate or resell the enterprise solution.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing partners, delivering high levels of service and support.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships to enhance partner engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate with partner sales representatives to onboard and grow accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure ongoing partner satisfaction and performance.

Revenue & Performance Growth

  • Create joint go-to-market strategies and co-branded campaigns with partners.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and ensure partnership objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partner networks.

Market Insight & Feedback

  • Stay informed on trends in security technology, mobile safety, and enterprise SaaS to position the company effectively.
  • Gather partner and end-user feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a partner management role, ideally with platform technology products.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales, licensing models, and enterprise solution selling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology that supports safety and security.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with corporate security teams.
  • Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems, APIs, or backend platforms.
  • Multilingual skills or experience with international partners.
