CTO Position - Based in Germany - Salary up to €170,000 - Hybrid

Web marketing agency with 100 employees across 30 countries worldwide. We are looking for a highly talented, motivated, and responsible CTO to further shape and lead the engineering department on our mission to do our part in building a decentralized future through open source.

We want to extend our team with someone who is able to solve complex problems as well as understand our business needs. Someone who is excited to adapt to new technologies and take responsibility for delivering great results.

Role:

• Developing and executing the company's technology strategy
• Identifying new technologies that can be used to improve the company's performance
• Ensuring that all technology systems and solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Managing the company's technical teams and ensuring they have the resources required to operate effectively
• Ensuring that the company's technology infrastructure is secure and protected from cyber threats
• Collaborating with other senior executives to ensure that the company's technology investments support its overall business goals
• Planning and implementing technology projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations
• Evaluating and monitoring the company's technology performance to identify areas for improvement
• Making architecture decisions to ensure strong, stable, and scalable solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy new systems that enhance throughput, latency, availability, and security
