Acting as both an internal and external product advocate, the Senior Product Manager provides thought leadership, promotes product direction, and ensures strong market alignment. The role bridges business needs with technical delivery-supporting product capabilities such as vehicle tracking, maintenance planning, compliance management, telematics integration, lifecycle management, and cost optimisation.

  • Monitor product metrics-adoption, churn, uptime, ROI-and use insights to drive improvements.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and strategic partners.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain customer feedback loops and integrate insights into the product roadmap.
  • Lead API-based integrations and collaborate with partners on customer integration needs.
  • Balance customer enhancement requests against long-term product and platform migration priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong customer understanding and continuously seek actionable feedback.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to analyse product performance and inform strategy.
  • Manage ambiguity and complexity across projects and interdependencies.
  • Own key product KPIs and deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
