Head of Product - Tbilisi - hybrid - full time permanent position 250,000 - 325,000 GEL

We're looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead our client's global eCommerce product function. In this role, you'll define and execute the strategy for how businesses build, manage, and optimise their digital footprint across websites, online stores, and engagement platforms. You'll shape the roadmap, drive product innovation, and ensure our offerings deliver meaningful impact for customers at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for Online Presence, aligning vision and roadmap with customer needs, market trends, and company goals
  • Lead cross-functional delivery, collaborating with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to ship high-quality, customer-centric products at scale
  • Prioritise initiatives using data-driven insights to balance innovation, commercial value, and technical feasibility
  • Champion the customer voice, engaging with clients and partners to identify pain points and guide product evolution
  • Measure success, tracking adoption, performance, and impact to continuously refine product outcomes
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the organisation

What You'll Bring

  • 10-12 years of product management experience, including at least 5 years within eCommerce or SaaS environments
  • 7 years of leadership experience, managing and scaling multiple teams, and driving strategic initiatives through change
  • Strong technical acumen with experience leading Retail, eCommerce, or B2B digital products
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings and make clear decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Experience scaling products from concept to global adoption
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
