The Opportunity
A forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to help deliver impactful business and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to capture requirements, map processes, and provide actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.

This senior role offers the chance to influence both the design and delivery of key projects while collaborating with development teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.

• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business needs.

• Review current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimised solutions.

• Maintain a structured backlog and manage Epics, Stories, and artefacts in Jira.

• Support project delivery with clear documentation and business context.

• Define acceptance criteria and assist with testing and validation.

• Support change management initiatives, adoption, and training.

• Encourage continuous improvement within teams and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years as a Business Analyst, including senior/lead experience.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Proven ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar tools.

• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Experience with Adobe Marketo Engage is desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems with practical solutions.
