Engineering Manager.

This is an opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join a cybersecurity business in a full time, permanent position that is fully remote.

You'll be a people focused manager, leading a squad of up to ~10 and reporting in to the Head of Engineering. Whilst you won't be coding every day in this role, you will need to come from a strong development background to really elevate the team and ensure technical efficiency.

Fully remote opportunity, you will ideally be based in the UK but can be based anywhere /- 1 hour UTC (this is a must). Salary on offer is up to £115k.

Previous experience working in a start up environment is a big plus here.

• NodeJS / Express
• React / Javascript / Typescript
• MongoDB
• AWS
• Experience of leading established and high-performing teams
• Keen interest in cyber security - desirable
• Understanding of LLM-based tools - desirable
