This is a brilliant Head of Engineering / Product position with a start up in the lending space, based in London with a salary of up to £120k on offer.
The company themselves are in their start up phase with huge plans ahead. To move forwards, they're looking to hire someone who is a hands on Leader who also has a strong background collaborating with the Product side of things.
Initially you will be leading a small team of developers however as you embed yourself in the company you will then be responsible for growing out the Engineering function with quality developers.
Necessary skills:
- Java
- Javascript / Typescript
- AWS
- PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Strong data modelling and database design background
- Experience with Product
Previous experience of working in an FCA regulated environment / in the lending industry is a huge plus here!
2 stage interview process which will be taking place as soon as possible. This will be a hybrid position where they would like you to come in to the office 3 days a week, however this will be flexible depending on the need.
