VP of Engineering.

develop has partnered exclusively with a unique startup retail company who are transforming the way in which their platform enables their customers to have the smoothest customer journey going. They're actively looking for a new VP of Engineering who will be incredibly involved on a technical, leadership and strategic level with the company - how 'you' does that sound?

Salary on offer is between £150,000 - £170,000 and you will be required to come in to the office twice a week, based in Central London.

I am looking to speak with someone who has an extensive background working within the retail space, and ideally within a startup environment too, whereby they have worked on multiple projects throughout the year and successfully delivered time and time again. You will have solid experience of scaling the Engineering function of a company throughout your career and have the tenacity and resilience to get stuck in again.

Ideally you will be coming from a Software Engineering background yourself, specifically using Java throughout your career.

Bonus and equity will be available for this position, taking the total package to a significant amount.

This will be a 3 stage process that includes technical and strategy conversations with relevant C-level people.
