Tech Lead - Java.

I'm working with an awesome, established company who's primary focus on trading and custody of various cryptocurrencies. They're looking to hire a Java-focused Tech Lead in their London office to help drive them onwards in their mission to become the top exchange in Europe!

Responsibility-wise you'll be working on end-to-end lifecycle development and driving this through to delivery, overseeing a quality team of developers in an environment that's collaborative, engaging and inspiring.

Tech stack you'll be working with includes Java 17, microservice based design and development, Kafka, AWS, Terraform and some Python

Ideally you'll have a keen interest in cryptocurrency and a solid background of having a clear vision of what you want to achieve, creating a design/plan and seeing this through to implementation.

The salary for this position is up to £90k, and the role will be hybrid - they would like you to come in to their London office 3 times a week.
