Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology team and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and technology management, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills. As the CTO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, overseeing the development of new products and features, and ensuring the security and stability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technology strategy in line with business goals and objectives
• Lead the technology team in designing and building innovative software products and features
• Ensure the security, scalability, and stability of our technology systems
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance our product offerings
• Manage the development and deployment of technology solutions across the organization
• Collaborate with other members of the executive team to align technology initiatives with overall company strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with external technology partners and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in technology management and software engineering
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the technology team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, technology management or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative software products
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
• Ability to develop and articulate a clear technology vision and strategy
• Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
