Engineering Manager.

This is an opening for an Engineering Lead / Manager to join a household name within Financial Services where you will be working on innovative and greenfield projects from day 1!

Hybrid position - ideally you'll come in to the Central London office once a week. Salary on offer is up to £130k doe (plus an excellent benefits package on top of this including stock).

Leading and growing an Engineering team based in London, you will be responsible for productivity across the team whilst also remaining somewhat hands on - this position is absolutely for someone who still loves diving into coding and staying up to speed with modern technology, ideally you're able to incorporate new tools/tech you've picked up into new projects you work on.

Good collaboration experience with Product and Delivery teams is essential for this role, along with strong communication skills at all levels - you'll really be a people person who loves helping and watching people grow in your team.

Tech stack wise you'll be working with the following;

• Java (11 currently)
• Springboot
• AWS
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Microservice based architectural design
• SQL

The design side of things is very important here. Ideally you'll have a strong background of implementing your designs and seeing them through to deployment (with great success!).
