About the company:

This is a unique opportunity for a Android Developer with a good background in Java / Kotlin / Dagger 2 to join an exciting company in the public transport sector, in a hybrid position! They are looking for a go getter who loves to learn!

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the full application life cycle and be working in a small team to do all things Android, in particular Kotlin.
• Helping to build out bleeding-edge features for new products such as beacon and NFC-based travel.
• Working to maintain and update their existing kotlin code base.
• You'll gain exposure to new code patterns and constructs.

Required skills for the role;

• Proficiency with back-end development for mobile applications - Java and Kotlin
• RxJava, understanding of FRP, and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and calling them
• Experience designing and developing Architectural and Design patterns
• Background of working in Agile environments a must
