As part of our office opening in Miami, FL, we surveyed 500 Software Engineers in the Miami region and the research confirmed what we thought to be true. Miami needs develop. 

We found that 95% of Software Engineers with 1-3 years’ experience have had a negative experience with a headhunter, and 83% of business owners have also had a negative experience with a headhunter.
