Hybrid PHP Technical Lead

Our client is an exciting and fast-growing Software Development house that specializes in working in the Tech4Good sector and does a ton of work with the NHS and other health bodies.

They are looking for a Technical lead to join them and lead four developers whilst working very closely with the CTO of the business whilst also remaining hands-on themselves. Your days will consist of mentoring junior members of the development team, looking at macro problems/architecting solutions, hands-on coding, improving engineering practices and leading the team from a technical standpoint.

You will either be a Senior Developer who has experience mentoring more junior colleagues in the past or an experienced Technical Lead/Lead Developer looking for a new role in which you can really make a difference and do some good!

You can expect to be working in a quality-driven environment and long terms projects in which you will be building out applications and maintaining them for a host of clients in the health, charity, and education space.

They work on a hybrid approach so ideally, you would be in their Soho office Tues-Thursday then working remotely Monday and Friday.

You will ideally have experience in the following:

* Experience and understanding of OOP.
* Extensive experience with PHP
* MVC framework experience
* MySQL
* JavaScript
* jQuery
* HTML and CSS
* W3C Standards
* Subversion

£60,000-£70,000 plus loads of great benefits!
