Our client a leading supplier of technology into the financial services space is looking for a Software Development Manager to join their team to lead an established team of Engineers, DevOps and QA function on a suite of products for financial clients.

As the Software Development Manager you will be responsible for delivery of Products with development best practice at its core, workforce planning, budgeting, innovation, staff training appraisals and mentoring, as well as a key focus on Delivery.

Requirements for this Software Development Manager role;

• Proven track record of leading a team to deliver quality software products from inception, on time and to budget
• Development tooling- Microsoft Stack, Azure, DevOps etc.
• Experience leading multiple teams
• Experience modernizing legacy technology and working in the innovation space
• performance management
