Our client a leading supplier of technology into the online gambling and betting space are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a number of teams responsible for their most critical client facing applications and projects.

The client are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager who has experience of running high performing agile teams delivering projects across the Microsoft stack and preferably have experience working with modern JS frameworks and Mobile technologies.

Responsibilities/Requirements;

• Team management and expectation setting
• Recruitment
• Performance and up-skilling appraisals
• Policy monitoring and setting
• Set and integrate team and department processed
• Ensure documentation and standards across the team
• Ensure procedures are in place with Development best practice in mind
• Working closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders to ensure delivery
• Resolve escalated project risks
• Determine most effective and efficient software design to meet specifications
• Effective communications
• Strong mentor-ship and leadership skills
