Senior Software Engineer UI/UX - London- up to £100K plus bonus and benefits

Our client a leading Fortune 500 financial services company who operates globally from offices in Europe, US and Asia Pacific providing customers across the globe with advisory services in Commodities, Capital Markets, Currencies and Asset Management.

They are looking for you to be experienced in building high-performing scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Developing on their shared UI Micro front end platform covering development across all tiers of the application stack.

You will be joining a bustling team that works on low-latency mission-critical applications, your role and responsibility will include application architecture and development across full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing collaborating with engineers and developers in your team.

The Tech stack the client utilizes is;

• Java and C#
• Modern JS frameworks
• NodeJS
• Microservices
• Docker/Kubernetes
• Cloud
• messaging tools like Apache and Kafka
• TDD/BDD
• NoSQL

They are looking for;

• In depth JavaScript and Typescript experience HTML/CSS experience
• Experience in Node.JS or other isomorphic JavaScript libraries
• Experience with either Angular/React/Vue frameworks.

Ideally the candidate would come from a financial services/fintech background but this is not a necessity.

This role would be hybrid working arrangement with 1-2 days a week in London office

In return the successful Senior Software Engineer will be offered a really competitive salary and package including a bonus with an average payout of 17.5%, pension, private medical, stocks, 25 days holiday.
