The client are looking for a range of Frontend Developers across all levels from Junior through to Lead to work on a brand new re-write greenfield project in React. As a frontend developer, you will be working in an agile team headed up by a Delivery Manager and working alongside other developers to build upon their quality centric eCommerce platform.

You will hold key responsibility for developing and enhancing the user interface of their online platform and will have the opportunity to design architecture and select tools, to improve their skill set and improve our platform in line with the future road map. The enterprise platform is currently used to drive numerous sites, serving millions of users worldwide.

Tech stack required is;

• Strong experience of modern Javascript frameworks and libraries such as React, Redux.
• Strong experience of using NodeJS to high performance sites.
• Experience working with HTML5 and CSS3
• Awareness and practice of UI performance best practices
• A desire to write readable, maintainable, modular and extendable code
• Experience in creating a responsive site with multiple viewports.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving aptitude
• Understanding of industry standard web accessibility, web design, & usability

The clients offices are based in the South West, East Midlands and South Yorkshire but they are very flexible with remote working options, they do ask their developers to attend one of the sites at least once a week but there can be flexibility on this.
