Sr. Frontend Engineer - Digital Publisher - Stuttgart/Remote - €70k-85k

The latest partner of this amazing digital editorial network is Buzzfeed. They are the only platform to scale and develop technology, editorial and sales from a single source. This allows the company to currently reach over 300 million visits per month and around half of Germany's online users.

The Tasks

• You will be defining and developing the future microfrontends for one of the biggest German local news platforms in an innovative team (currently JavaScript/Sass/SolidJS/NextJs)
• You will be learning the pros and cons of server-side/client-side rendered websites
• You will be writing semantic markup in common web technologies and use current build/lining and testing tools
• You will be using frontend frameworks such as React/Preact where needed.
• You will be using the DevOps toolchain - from CI/CD with Gitlab to Docker and Kubernetes.

About you

• You will need to have a degree in computer science.
• You will need professional experience in frontend software development with current frontend frameworks such as Vue.js/React, as well as the basic technologies such as HTML/CS 3/ JavaScript.
• You must have already dealt with microfrontends before
• You must have good knowledge of common frontend build tools and the terms CI/CD, Gitlab and Docker should not be new to you.
• You must be fluent in German and have good English skills.
