Senior Developer - Remote- Up to £70K

Our client the largest independent estate agency in the south-east of England and the 10th largest nationally. The IT team deliver trusted technology solutions that help their users and customers with property sales, lettings and related moving services. They are looking to significantly increase our IT team adding in a Senior Developer right now to help them improve and develop our technology offerings across the whole business.

This position will be based out of their Horsham office, ideally someone that is local to the office would be preferable they are looking for someone who can go into the office once a month.

You will develop their internal systems and mentor junior developers in the team. You are responsible for developing our core platform & services. Over the next 12 months you will be involved with a rewrite of their core CRM from a legacy language into next-gen platforms using modern technology stacks.

They are looking for someone with 10 years of experience and someone who is well versed in modern architectural approaches such-as microservices, distributed databases, cloud-native approaches, observability @ scale and MS DevOps

Technology wise we are looking for;
1. C#
2. .NET ecosystems
3. Solution and/or Software Architecture experience
4. Experience in designing solutions using a microservices
5. SQL
