My client is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their dynamic & results-driven agile team. The in-house IT team is passionate about technology & driving innovation. Opportunities for training & on-the-job learning are available with a £5,000/head annual training budget & bonus schemes.

This remote role may require occasional office presence in Shirebrook. The candidate must have UK work authorisation. As a Senior Data Engineer, responsibilities include developing & maintaining data systems, coding, testing, & documenting, and creating scalable data pipelines for analytics.

Joining the Ecommerce Platform Engineering team, you will work on delivering innovative & reliable digital platforms, websites & mobile apps for top retail brands.

Requirements: 5 yrs Oracle DB Engineer/Developer experience, expertise in SQL, PL/SQL & Oracle dev tools, experience with C#/ASP.Net Core MVC/.Net Core, data modelling, integration & analytics. Desired skills: Apache Kafka, MongoDB, Microsoft SSIS or other ETL.
