Quality Engineer - Payments.

A brilliant new opportunity has opened up with a well-known Bank for a Quality Engineer specialising in Faster Payments to join the team!

Ideally you will have a background as a hands on tester (automation focused) with an understanding of Java development, and love the idea of getting involved with big initiatives in driving the scope and vision for testing across the Payments domain.

Payments background is essential for this role.

This is a permanent position with a salary on offer of up to £80k comprehensive benefits package. They would like you to come to their London, Bristol or Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis (twice a week), this can be flexible and negotiable.

Tech skills needed:

• Hands on Java (8 , ideally 11)
• Experience in ensuring Integration and NFT is executed
• Selenium/Cucumber/Postman/Jira Xray
• API Gateways
• AWS
• TDD
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Payments experience / proven experience of working on end-to-end payments connectivity
• Experience in working collaboratively with multiple teams
• Background working in the Fraud space is desirable, as is knowledge of Capital Markets
