Programme Manager (Finance, NAV, Business Central) £700- £750 a day - Outside ir35

My client, a leading education tech business are looking for an experienced Programme Manager (Finance, NAV, Business Central) to join their Global Finance Programme.

They are looking for an experienced Programme Manager (Finance, NAV, Business Central) who has delivered NAV or Business Central on a global scale.

As the Programme Manager (Finance, NAV, Business Central) you will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, PMO and strategic partners to help deliver a huge global finance programme.

Key responsibilities for the Programme Manager (Finance, NAV, Business Central)

  • Own and lead the delivery of a large-scale programme of works covering a business unit within the company
  • Drive strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business
  • Bring your extensive leadership experience to a team of Project Managers and PMO Analysts who will be providing the day-to-day management of your deliveries.

Skill set required for the Programme Manager (Finance, NAV, Business Central)

  • Several years of project management experience - across a variety of different business domains, with experience in Agile and non-Agile environments
  • Clear experience delivering a portfolio of projects that involve a broad range of stakeholders and customers across all areas of the business
  • Demonstrated experience rolling out new project and governance processes in unstructured environments
  • Able to apply effective management techniques to minimise and mitigate the challenges of highly regulated environments (e.g.: SOX, PCI, GDPR, OfS)
  • A deep understanding of the application of Hybrid, Agile and Lean methodologies at scale. Experience in the application of Scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Enterprise Scrum or similar would be highly desirable.
