We are working with a true leader in the Marketing space who specialises in the gambling and financial markets, they are embarking on a mission to scale up dramatically and are undergoing a vast transformation. They have been established for over 6 years and you will be joining a team of over 100 people.

They are starting a brand new greenfield project to build a new set of products and investing heavily in Research and Development to establish gaps in the market and be better than their competition.

They are looking for a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to help lead the development of these new products, lead the business from a technical standpoint, decide on their release lifecycle, ways of working and engineering principles. You will be working very closely with the VP of Technology and Head of Product and will begin to build out their engineering team which will be at least another 4 Software Engineers in the next 6-12 months. You will be incremental in the creation of these new products using a brand-new technology stack.

You will have the autonomy to try new things and push their products forward and also a clear progression plan to both expand your skill set and better your career by progressing within the business.

They are looking for a true Full Stack Engineer who is not only extremely confident on the frontend but also comfortable working on the backend and has a deep understanding of infrastructure. They working a Build-Own-Run basis so what you are working on will be strong, reliable and scalable.

You will ideally have experience with the below:

• JavaScript
• Typescript or Node.Js
• Next.Js or Gatsby
• React
• HTTP
• TDD
• Headless CMS platforms
• Strong API experience with RESTful and new approaches like GraphQL
• Strong experience in infrastructure and cloud platforms (they are using AWS)

In return you will be offered a very competitive salary of £95,000-£118,000 DOE and the below benefits:
