Mobile Team Lead | Remote/Hamburg | up to €110k

We are seeking a Mobile Engineering Team Lead to join our leading identity and security provider in developing their standalone app as well as working on creating the best in house features for the product.

As a Mobile Engineering Team Lead, you will guide the team to success, help upskill team members, and ensure high quality standards are maintained.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Leading the team and managing team members
• Develop and maintain the company's own app
• Collaborate with other key stakeholders
• take full technical ownership of the team's domain and continuously improve it in terms of quality, maintainability, scalability, and security
• Help improve the software engineering standards

Essential Skills:

• 5 years of experience in mobile engineering and web development
• Experience with IOS and Android
• Experience with Swift or Kotlin
• Experience leading teams of developers
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with designers and other stakeholders
• Ideally, you speak German (Must be bed in Germany and able to travel to Hamburg)
