Permanent role, £55,000-£65,000 depending on experience.

Our client a leader in the health and safety sector are creating market leading, innovative products which are saving lives.

They are looking for someone to join them to lead a team of developers as they expand the capabilities of there already award winning products.

This is a stable role with an established employer who hasn't had to furlough any of their staff and have continued to hire throughout Covid.

The Lead Software Engineer will have experience in the following areas:

• Embedded C/C 8 years plus
• Python 1 year
• Knowledge of SPI, UART, I2C, RS485
• Experience of being a team leader
• Knowledge of Bootloader and software updated
• Ability to read schematics and have a basic understand of electronics
• Git Version control
• SCRUM experience

Nice to Haves:

• Javascript, HTML, CSS, .NET, unit testing.
• Comfortable with Linux, Raspberry Pi.
• Understanding of Test Driven Development.
