Lead .NET Developer/Tech Lead- Remote/Fleet- Up to £90k Bonus and Benefits
Our client an industry leading technology brand, part of a consortium of household brands that service the insurance industry are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join their team on a hybrid working arrangement in their office in Fleet (minimum 1 day a week on site)
The client have a mission to bring the insurance industry into the modern world, leveraging technology.
Due to expansion the client are looking to bring in a Lead Software Engineer to work on their public facing applications and you will be responsible;
- Setting technical and product direction
- Lead and build a team of Engineers, cross functional
- Influence Technical Direction and coding standards
- work on both greenfield and brownfield projects, new application features to improve our products
- make sure products are delivered with development best practice in mind, automation testing of built features
- Managing the engineering team on a day to day basis

- SOLID
- WebAPI
- React/Typescript
- Cloud- Azure preferably
