Lead Full Stack PHP Developer 80k-90k DOE

My client based in West London are looking for a Lead Developer to join their development team of 11 to work on cutting edge software solutions whilst working very closely with the CTO.

This is a hands on leadership role in which you will be leading projects from a technical stand point and have full autonomy on technical decisions. My client has been going over 20 years and are a leader in the business travel space and are making an aggressive come back from covid!

You will have full technical freedom and will be working with in a stable business that is a leader in their field.

My client as a range of exciting greenfield projects underway currently and you couldn't be joining at a more exciting time!

The ideal candidate will have the below skills:

• PHP
• GIT
• JavaScript
• RESTful APIs
• Experience with MVC frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony or bespoke MVC frameworks.
• Ability and willingness to learn and pick up new technologies.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Elasticsearch, Redis, Vue.js, CSS, HTML
• Around 8-10 years of hands-on development experience.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Salary for this role is £80,000-£90,000 DOE plus a ton of market leading benefits!

Initially you will be expected in the office 2/3 times per week but after you have ''your feet under the table'' you will only be required in the office once per week.
