Head of Engineering - Berlin - €130k

We are a growing established online marketplace based in Berlin, Germany, focused on developing cutting-edge AI solutions that match our clients with the right talent and resources to help them deliver a great customer experience. We are looking for a skilled Head of Engineering to join our team and lead the technical direction of the Frontend, Backend, and AI teams.

Responsibilities:

Building and expanding the development teams
Define the direction of the development teams and make architectural decisions
Keep up with latest technology trends to bring innovation to the team

Work closely with the C level to be a driving force

Requirements:

Strong software development experience
Leadership experience
Experience in software architecture
Excellent communication skills in German and in English (fluent in both)
Experience managing stakeholders
