The tasks:
* Leading a team of talented consultants
* Take care of your teams sales
* Coach and mentor the team
* Work hands on with the development
* 60% of your time will be spent on your own projects

Your profile:
* Experience of leading/managing team members
* Commercial experience in IT projects
* Experience with reporting KPI's to clients
* Frontend - React/Angular/Node
* Backend - Node/Go/Kotlin/Java/Python
* Cloud would be a bonus - AWS/GCP/Azure
* Fluent in German
