Frontend Team Lead | Remote | React, Vue | €105k
You will be joining a business speeding up the web in the e-commerce space, working on latest technologies. You will be driving the team forwards and contributing as a technical lead, as well as some team management responsibilities.
This is a chance to join a well established company with large growth plans, with a brilliant team and mission. You will also work closely with the CTO and rest of the management team to grow the company, and hire new team members.
Frontend Team Lead Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a product based team
- Collaborate with Agile Coach and Product owner to give the team direction
- Support the development team
- Optimize applications for max speed and scalability
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders
- Help to further improve software engineering standards across the country
- Hire new team members
Essential Skills:
- 6 years professional experience with modern JS/TS building Front End solutions
- Previous experience in e-commerce sector
- Knowledge of Frontend Infrastructure
- Previous Management Experience
- Based in Germany
