This is a brand new role ???? working with an exciting venture-backed tech start-up ???? dramatically changing the legal world through machine learning and human and artificial intelligence ????!!
The next step for this organisation is to expand across all types of business but to do that they need to build ????. As a consequence they're now looking for two Frontend Engineers to join their team and contribute to the building and architecting of software - lot's of greenfield projects ????! They've already made great progress towards this product vision, but you will play a pivotal role in making it a reality ????.

1. Informal chat ????
We will setup a call for you to have a chance to speak to their Head of Engineering to find out a little more about the organisation, technology and culture. They will also be interested to find out a little about yourself, your experience and your aspirations.
2, Tech Screening ????
After the initial call we'll set up another chat for them to find out more about your technical experience, how you approach building applications and what you'd like to build in the future. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about their tech stack and engineering practices.
3. Technical and cultural interview ????
Finally we will setup an interview for them to explore your technical skills and cultural fit. The technical task involves build an application to solve a problem representative of those that they solve themselves. After the technical task they will follow up with some general technical and cultural questions to learn more about you. This is also an opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you'd like.
