Front end Developer - Ecommerce - UK ONLY!.

I am currently recruiting for a Front end developer for my Tech4Good client!

The successful Front end developer will work on our clients e-commerce website. You will be part of a small team so our client is looking for full autonomy and an pioneering spirit.

Day to day the successful React Front end developer will:

• Translate company and consumer needs into functional and compelling consumer experiences
• Structure their current front end code in a more visually consistent manner that encourages the building of more accessible and user friendly interfaces
• Contribute clean, scalable, reliable and high quality production code to the consumer-facing website
• Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of their current code
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to wireframe concepts and apply lessons from analytics to improve site conversion rate and consumer satisfaction

The successful React Front end developer should have the following skills and experience:

• A strong front-end portfolio. (we want to see your portfolio)
• Creative coder, showing clever solutions to difficult problems.
• Excellent understanding of usability and design patterns.
• Great responsive HTML/CSS (Sass) skills.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (from ES6 to latest ECMAScript, React, Vue.js, XHR).
• An obsession for performances and accessibility.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
• Knowledge of SEO.
