Engineering Team Lead.

We are working with a leader in the fintech space who have just secured over $65 million in their series C funding round and are looking for Engineering Team Leads to join their team of 150 employees. They are a true leader in the space and they have been named in the top 50 fastest growing software companies in the UK for the past 4 years and believe me they aren't slowing down!

My client works with over 2000 SaaS businesses to help them manage their payments in over 230 countries across the world. Their platform allows their clients to manage everything from the initial checkout process to compliance, invoicing and even subscription payments.

You will be leading between 4 and 6 Engineers and your role will be split in to 3 parts, managing and developing your team, being hands on and involved in architectural decisions and working with the product team. You can work full time remotely or from their central London Office.

The Engineering Team Lead will ideally have the following technical skills and qualities.

• Either Golang, PHP or JavaScript.
• AWS
• The technical knowledge and credibility to empower and push your team forward.
• A product focused mindset.
• Experience leading technical teams and working with Product Engineering teams.
• The ability to work and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

• Salary range £85,000-£105,000 DOE
