Your tasks:

• You are part of the 15-strong Systems Engineering & Operations team and manage and operate our internal development systems as well as innovative distributed IIoT customer systems
• You will optimise our infrastructural cloud services by implementing new automation and scaling concepts
• You contribute your methodical experience to a large extent, for example on IT quality, security, and data protection standards
• You act as a technical contact for our customers and as an internal technical consultant

Your profile:

• You have several years of professional experience in the administration of Linux operating systems and in the planning and configuration of components in industrial networks
• You are experienced in dealing with vitalisation and versioning tools and with distributed systems and cloud technologies, also with Kubernetes clusters
• Ideally, you are familiar with the maintenance and administration of databases, web servers, and message brokers as well as with a programming language and script languages
• You are self-motivated, structured, creative, and a team player
• You have already gained experience in managing external suppliers/developers
• You have very good German and good English skills
