As a Data Analyst, you will have the critical responsibility of maintaining and managing specific data within our Dynamics 365 CRM platform. In close collaboration with our research teams, you will ensure that records within our CRM accurately reflect changing requirements. Your role will encompass mapping data between the CRM and external systems that generate business documents, and integrating them into new and existing RPA processes. You will also leverage your expertise in XML language, utilising it within Dynamics CRM to create queries that enable data mapping and export.
To succeed in this role, a strong attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work effectively with remote teams globally. You will work with technologies such as ActivePDF and DocumentCorePack to produce intricate documents, driven by the data stored within the CRM. Your role will require a keen interest and aptitude for data handling and technical problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal research teams to update data stored in the CRM system in response to changes in visa processes and requirements.
- Develop an understanding of the Microsoft Dataverse data structure and its mapping to fields within the CRM and our customer-facing portal.
- Apply XML to map data fields from the CRM system to fields on web-based government portals or PDF application forms, allowing the fields to be leveraged by RPA processes.
- Identify and report discrepancies between the fields captured within our CRM and the data required for visa application processes to relevant teams.
- Analyze large data sets to identify discrepancies and recommend best practices for maintaining data effectively across all systems.
- Use data contained within the CRM to generate or modify letters/forms with ActivePDF or DocsCorePack.
- Conduct testing on data mapping and document creation to ensure accurate results, working closely with IT and research teams.
- Communicate the outcomes of testing to other teams within the business.
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in data mapping, entry, and upkeep.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, structure, and evaluate data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working remotely and in virtual environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Dataverse and reporting tools such as PowerBI is an advantage.
- Capability to analyze large data sets and present findings in a concise format.
- Aptitude for comprehending business processes and the impact that data has within these processes.
- Previous experience with tools like ActivePDF, DocumentCorePack, and XRM Toolbox is also advantageous.
